It applies to all freelance trainers working on behalf of Atova Conseil, regardless of the training delivery method.

The organisation designs and delivers practical, field-oriented training programmes, drawing on a network of expert trainers.

3. Mission and values
Atova Conseil's mission is to deliver training that is:

4. Training catalogue and scope
Training courses are published across several specialist platforms, including:

Any proposal for a new training course may be reviewed jointly with Atova Conseil.
5. General framework for video-based training
5.1 Principle
Video-based training (visioformation) is a remote training session led in real time by a dedicated trainer.
It is primarily delivered one-to-one, but may involve several participants.
It relies on:
- two-way screen sharing,
- audio,
- continuous interaction.
The webcam is generally not used.
5.2 Typical workflow
- Client needs validated by Atova Conseil
- Trainer contacts the trainee
- Session scheduling
- Training delivery
- Administrative and pedagogical follow-up
6. Tools and teaching resources
6.1 Video-conferencing tool
Atova Conseil provides a named GoToMeeting licence for the duration of assigned missions.
The trainer agrees to:
- verify that access is working properly before each training session,
- report any technical issues immediately.

6.2 Internet connection
The trainer must ensure a reliable internet connection with at least:
- 1 Mbps download speed,
- 0.7 Mbps upload speed.

6.3 Teaching software
The trainer must have access to the software being taught.
If necessary, keyboard and mouse sharing may be used to allow the trainee to practise remotely.
7. Training organisation
7.1 General rules
- Each assignment is covered by a collaboration contract
- The trainer contacts the trainee prior to the training
- Dates are agreed upon jointly
- Training sessions take place from Monday to Friday
- Standard days are 7 hours:
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (French time)
Any changes must be communicated to Atova Conseil as soon as possible.
8. Administrative follow-up and traceability
Atova Conseil provides all necessary administrative documents.
The trainer agrees to:
- complete and sign attendance sheets,
- contribute to the collection of evaluations,
- follow the defined monitoring procedures.
A training completion certificate is issued to the trainee at the end of the course.
9. Invoicing and payment
Invoicing documents must be submitted through the dedicated trainer portal on www.atova-conseil.com.
A trainer account must be created beforehand.
An explanatory video of the process is available in this portal.
Each invoice must include:
- the trainee's name,
- the training title,
- the date(s) of delivery,
- the IBAN for payment.
Payment is made within 30 days.
Detailed terms are specified in the collaboration contract.
10. Teaching materials
Course materials remain the intellectual property of the trainer.
The trainer agrees to:
- provide a digital copy to the trainee,
- submit a copy to Atova Conseil for quality control purposes.
Quality requirements for materials:
Materials must be clear, well-structured, up to date and pedagogically consistent.
The trainer may use any assistive tools (AI, collaborative proofreading, advanced spellcheckers) to ensure optimal quality.
Intellectual property:
The use of AI tools does not alter the trainer's ownership of their content.
The trainer remains responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information provided.
11. Quality requirements
11.1 Attendance
Strict adherence to schedules is required.
Any lateness, absence or early departure must be reported immediately.
11.2 Professional conduct
The trainer is expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude:
- Formal and respectful tone by default, unless the trainee explicitly requests otherwise
- Neutrality: no political, religious or controversial debates
- Confidentiality: do not disclose information about other clients
- Discretion: do not discuss pricing or contractual terms with trainees
- Punctuality: connect 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Responsiveness: respond to questions within a reasonable timeframe (24–48 hours)
Behaviours to avoid:
- Criticising a competitor or another training organisation
- Offering training directly to the trainee (bypassing Atova Conseil)
- Making discriminatory or inappropriate remarks
12. Resources and continuous improvement
A trainer portal is available on the Atova Conseil website.
It includes:
- useful documents,
- internal procedures,
- teaching resources,
- invoice submission area.
Feedback from trainers is encouraged as part of a continuous improvement approach.
13. Scope of this document
This document constitutes the reference framework applicable to all collaboration between Atova Conseil and its freelance trainers.
It serves as the sole reference document in matters of:
- organisation,
- quality,
- teaching methods,
- administrative follow-up.
